Account or product support

For help with your own account, your Alter, or something in Eden that isn't working, email support@entereden.app. Telling us what you were doing when it went wrong is the fastest way to get it fixed.

Reporting a security problem

If you believe you've found a security or privacy vulnerability in Eden, email security@entereden.app rather than posting it publicly. Eden is in beta and has no formal disclosure programme yet, but reports sent there are read.

Billing and subscriptions

Questions about your plan, payments, or cancelling are answered on your plan & billing page, which also lists the address to write to.

Privacy requests

Access, correction, and deletion requests, and any question about how Eden handles your data, are covered in the Privacy Policy, which lists the address to write to.
